The Route to ECP

Although i was a little reluctant for the ride yesterday, i still went ahead and wack hard for it. My legs were sore from the training for standing broad jumps on Thursday. Initially it was hard to get to my top speed , but afterawhile it became natural . I was very surprised to because it has been quite awhile since i rode long distances.

This is also the first time that i am making conscious effort to remember the route to ECP. I always am a follower and i end up getting lost most of the time when i go out alone. Now i wanna make that change and start leading the ride if i am at the front.

Was slow but later fast, i am not really sure if i am really fast or are those ppl ard me are slow. With my 2.35 tires and my Dual Chain Ring, i can hit ard the same speed as them - 22km/hr (that is if i want to). I have tried and tested, i wasnt putting in too much effort and i can hit off with them around there. I wont be so complacent but i would love to know the gauge to know where i stand in the crowd.

Edifire ,Ian, on well the usual Nomad people was at West Coast Park waiting for us, they werent there for the ride , they were there to chat and enjoy the talking with other people. I call them the Nomad grp because most of them are using Nomad. Its somehow everyone's dream bike. I have heard that the Nomad is a really good bike but i am still skeptical. I wont get it unless i get a really good deal.

This ride opened my eyes to the possibility of me riding a road bike in the near future. I was talking to some roadies regarding which bike is worth the buck and which bikes are not. The conclusion is ...... : Polygon Helios 780. Full Carbon bike with very very good parts.
