i heard from CCB a few days back and found out that JL actually thought so little of me. I am real disappointed when i heard it, but then again, i think i deserve.

What was i actually trying to do anyway.. i think that is just so me.. someone who likes to have fun. I didnt know that it made me look like an idiot. NOW I KNOW>>

On the lighter note, i ran 2.4 on the tracks, my timing is 12.21, i need to get faster, back in the old days at boys town i was running 10.30 below. Of course, that was hardcore training, thanks to those training i might have injured my knee caps and spine.

i have to get faster with shuttle run too.

i bought andy's head phone for 30 dollars today, it wasnt what i wanted but i still bought it because so pai sei, he brought it down all the way from his hse and waited for me at block 6. Ugh, the bass wasnt what i expected, there are much better ones around that cost 50++.
